ENGELBERT FARMS has opened a new farm store!
Our hours are:
Thursday and Friday 10 to 2
Saturday 10 to 3
We will be offering farm-raised, certified organic beef, pork, veal, hand-made artisan cheeses (16 varieties), butter (when available), potatoes and onions. Soon we will have organic cheese spreads. We will eventually offer other products from local farms, too.
Beef and veal are pasture raised and fed 100% certified organic feed.
Pork is raised outdoors and is never confined.
Cheese is made with our milk at a certified organic facility in PA. Each batch is made by hand.
No chemicals are used on our land, or in our processing. Our products are certified organic from the ground the plants and animals are raised on, right through the processing facilities.
