Bulk Meat Orders

 

Beef is available by the whole, ½ or ¼ animal.  $4.00/lb hanging weight plus butchering and processing costs.  Available all year, but it must be preordered. 

Our steers average 700# hanging weight.  See Leona Meat Plant processing info for processing costs.

Pork
Sorry – pork currently not available by ½ or whole animal

Our pigs average around 200# hanging weight.  See Leona Meat Plant processing info for processing costs. 

Veal is available by the whole or ½ animal.  $8.00/lb hanging weight plus butchering and processing costs.  Available late summer/fall.  Must be preordered.  Please note:  It takes about 4 months to raise a veal calf, so it must be ordered in the spring or early summer.
Note:  Our veal is raised outdoors in the pasture, so it is not traditional “white” meat.  It is a rosy pink color.

Our veal calves average between 125 to 150# hanging weight.  See Leona Meat plant processing info for processing costs.

 

You will work directly with the Leona Meat Plant to order the cuts and packaging you want.  We pay to truck the animal to Leona Meat Plant, and we will pick your meat up and bring it back to the farm.  If you prefer, you can pick up directly from Leona Meat Plant.
