2011 organic vegetables will include:
Potatoes, onions, garlic, swiss chard, kale, spinach, lettuce, radishes, green and yellow string beans, tomatoes, sweet and hot peppers, eggplant, sweet corn, summer and winter squash and pumpkins
Produce will be available seasonally at our farm store.
Potato varieties – available summer/fall 2011 – all CERTIFIED ORGANIC
Desiree – Red skin, gold flesh. Very good keepers!
Carola – Gold skin, gold flesh Excellent flavor!
All Blue – Blue skin, blue flesh Unique potato with excellent flavor!
Kennebuc – Tan skin, white flesh First year growing this variety
Potatoes are $65.00/bushel (60#) or $1.25/lb for lesser quantities
New potatoes are $2.00/lb while available (early July through Summer)
