**Certified Organic Beef, pork and veal are available by individual cuts – no order is too small! Beef is available by ¼, ½ or whole animal for $4.00/lb hanging weight plus processing. It must be preordered.

NO NITRATES or fillers are ever used in any of our products!   All organic spices and natural salt are used in our sausages and smoked meats.  Salt does not contain any chemical flowing agents.

All meat is processed at Leona Meats in Troy, PA, known for their quality and attention to detail. 
The plant is USDA inspected and became Certified Organic in November 2004.

**Our Pasture-Raised Veal calves are never confined —they are outside their entire life, eating grass and organic milk.   Veal is available by whole animal for $8.00/lb hanging weight plus processing. It must be preordered in the Spring or early Summer. Veal calves are only raised from April through October.
